Refund and Returns Policy

At Ramya Vastram, we ensure that every product is crafted and delivered with care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

• Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• In case of size issues, exchange may be provided if applicable.

5. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
